E-assessment examination fees can be paid for using the following debit or credit cards: Visa, Mastercard & Maestro. Payment using these methods will normally be processed within 24 hours of booking confirmation. No other payment cards are accepted including: Solo, Electron & American Express.

E-assessment examination fees are as follows if all units booked are taken on the same day:

  • NFOPP Level 3 Award in Domestic Energy Assessment: 2 units £110; 1 Unit £75
  • NFOPP Technical Awards: 4 Units £110; 3 Units £100; 2 Units £73; 1 Unit £50.

Cancellation policy

Please note that after submission and confirmation of your booking, the following cancellation policy applies. If you cancel your booking more than 7 complete calendar days before the exam date a full refund will be made.

Example: for an exam date of 25th May, the latest date for cancellation with a full refund is 17th May.

If you cancel after this time, fail to attend your exam or do not bring the required identification, a refund will not be given under any circumstances.

Amend a booking

Please note that to amend a booking the process to cancel a booking has to be followed. The 7 day cancellation period still applies. The exam then needs to be rebooked with the updated details using the form below.

Identification documents to bring to your examination

You will be expected to show either a valid driving licence (the photocard and the paper counterpart) or a valid passport at the test centre. Please note that no other form of photographic identification will be accepted.

If you have recently married and your identification is in your maiden name please take along the above and your marriage certificate.

Make a booking

Select the award you are interested in to display the units you are eligible to complete.

If you need to book a resit the system will not allow this for 14 days after the date of the failed examination; therefore the units will not display until after this 14 day period. This is to allow for a revision period in order to study the unit you need to resit. The NFOPP cannot overturn this policy.

E-assessment examination bookings, including online payments, are processed on behalf of NFOPP by Lamark BV (www.lamark.com). Therefore, reference to Lamark and/or lamark.com may be included in the payment description on your bank or credit card statement, in respect of e-assessment examination fees collected on behalf of NFOPP.

Please note that results for examinations sat after your qualification expiry date will not be valid and will not be communicated to you.
