Please note that a new and updated syllabus for the Technical Award Sales and Lettings qualifications (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) was introduced from 21st July 2008. As your exam is taking place after this date, you need to make sure that you have revised around the new syllabus. This is available to download from the NFOPP website on the relevant qualification information page.

E-assessment examination fees can be paid for using the following debit or credit cards: Visa, Mastercard & Maestro. Payment using these methods will normally be processed within 24 hours of booking confirmation. No other payment cards are accepted including: Solo, Electron & American Express.

E-assessment examination fees are as follows:

  • NFOPP Level 3 Award in Domestic Energy Assessment: 2 Units £110; 1 Unit £75.
  • NFOPP Technical Awards: 4 Units £99; 3 Units £90; 2 Units £66; 1 Unit £45.

E-assessment examination bookings, including online payments, are processed on behalf of NFOPP by Lamark BV (www.lamark.com). Therefore, reference to Lamark and/or lamark.com may be included in the payment description on your bank or credit card statement, in respect of e-assessment examination fees collected on behalf of NFOPP.

Please note that results for examinations sat after your qualification expiry date will not be valid and will not be communicated to you.

Cancellation policy
Please note that after submission and confirmation of your booking, the following cancellation policy applies.
If you cancel your booking more than 7 complete calendar days before the exam date a full refund will be made.
Example: for an exam date of 25th May, the latest date for cancellation with a full refund is 17th May.
If you cancel after this time, fail to attend your exam or do not bring the required identification, a refund will not be given under any circumstances.
